We are currently looking for two stewardesses to join a 40m charter motor yacht operating in the Balearic Islands for the upcoming season. Chief Stewardess requirements: Minimum 2–3 seasons of experience on yachts, previous charter experience is essential, strong skills in service, cocktail making, housekeeping and organization, ability to lead and supervise the 2nd stewardess, Spanish speaker and high level of English, professional, proactive and detail-oriented. 2nd Stewardess requirements: 1 season of experience preferred, but junior candidates with strong backgrounds can be considered, fluent in both English and Spanish, great attention to detail, positive attitude, no drama, team player. General requirements for both positions: All certificates must be valid and up to date, only candidates currently based in Europe will be considered, seasonal contracts, looking for proactive, positive crew members with strong teamwork skills. Spanish and English are mandatory.
