HEAD CHEF

A brand new opportunity has come up aboard a beautiful 44m 2022 private motor yacht based in SOF. The boat has just changed hands and the new owners are building their team from the ground up, so this is a rare chance to shape a galley exactly how you want it from day one. The owners are a warm, down to earth family who genuinely appreciate good food and look after their crew. Private use only, no charter. We are looking for a confident head chef who can run a solo galley to a high standard. You will be cooking for owners, family and guests, with crew meals as part of the day. Previous yacht experience preferred. Requirements: Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical, STCW Basic Safety Training, Food Hygiene Level 2 or equivalent.
