Chief Stewardess & Second Stewardess

We are looking for a professional Chief Stewardess and Second Stewardess for a 38m private yacht based in the United States. The program has low usage with the owner typically on board 2–3 months per year, often just for a weekly lunch. The crew is small with a relaxed and well-structured program and no intense seasonal schedule, providing weekends off and an easy-going operation. Requirements include a valid B1/B2 visa, excellent spoken English at near native level, a strong work ethic with a hands-on attitude, a no drama approach, a positive and professional mindset, and previous yacht experience preferred.
